Range of Environments: McDanel can provide a combination of materials for window, connector, and sealing to perform in a wide range of environments. Pressures from ultra-high vacuum to 100Kpsi (6890 bar), temperatures from cryogenic to 1850°C (3362°F), and resistivity to an extensive range of chemical environments.
Industry Specifications: Specifications and quality requirements include but are not limited to: ASME B31.3, B16.5, DIN/EN (7080 & others), ANSI, AS9100, Sanitary 3-A, USP Type1/Class 6, BPE, PED Directive 97/23/EG
IR Materials: We have experience working with Calcium Fluoride, Zinc Selenide, and Germanium windows for demanding IR applications.
